Christina Milian already has an adorable daughter with ex-husband, The Dream. And is the So Amazin' songstress ready to welcome another child with ANOTHER rapper - Lil Wayne?

Following her broken engagement from longtime boyfriend Jas Prince, Milian supposedly began dating the YMCMB superstar. They've been pretty inseperable - Milian even threw Weezy a surprise 31th birthday party earlier this week:

The couple appeared to have a great time - and Milian was spotted "caressing" her tummy several times throughout the evening.

And according to the infamous gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, Milian is definitely preggo - she was recently spotted leaving an OB-GYN office in LA with her daughter just days following the festivities.
