"Springsteen" singer Eric Church and his wife Katherine Church are expecting their second child together.

The couple already has a son, Boone McCoy, and now they will be adding another little one to their family, CMT News confirmed.

The 37-year-old singer sparked rumors about becoming a father for a second time during his Thursday night performance in Louisville, Kentucky, of his Outsiders World Tour while singing one of his iconic songs: "Sinners Like Me."

According to CMT, the singer changed the words in the song, which insinuated that he was going to be a father once more.

"Where he normally sings, 'Give my dad a grandson,' I thought I heard him say instead, 'Give my dad another grandson,'" the publication reported.

Church's rep then confirmed the news to the publication.

The couple tied the knot in 2008 in Eric's home state of North Carolina and welcomed their first child Boone in October 2011. While the singer used the phrase "another grandson" in his lyrical announcement, the sex of the baby was a mystery until People confirmd Saturday that the couple will be having another boy.

In June 2014, the singer revealed what it was like to become a father for the first time in an interview for Rolling Stone magazine's first Country issue.

"When you have a child, everything changes. I've changed a lot. I suppress a lot of maybe the way I used to be. Is that dark side still probably there? Yeah. I just don't let it come out very much. But if you mess with my kid, if you mess with my family, well, I can bring it out," Eric explained to Rolling Stone.

In 2011, Eric revealed to The Boot that being a father is everything he could have wanted.

"Everybody always tells you what an awesome and unique experience being a parent is. But words can never do the feeling justice. The way our life changed in that 24-hour period alone after he was born — just by putting a little boy in the house — was awesome," he said.
