Demi Lovato & Joe Jonas 'Camp Rock' Duet At Demi World Tour Concert In Los Angeles- Watch Heart-Warming Reunion

In the best reunion news we've seen all month, Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas reunited this weekend at Demi's Los Angeles concert to perform one of the best songs to come out of any Disney Channel original movie ever. The Camp Rock costars treated the concertgoers to a rendition of "This Is Me," and we are so happy that someone caught this moment on video.

It has been six-years since the movie premiered on the Disney Channel, but watching this video takes us back to the golden days.

The singer, who made a stop at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on her Demi World Tour, surprised all her fans when she started singing "This Is Me," and then shocked them even more when she brought the former Jonas Brother out on stage to duet with her.

"When she started that song, we were loving it," an insider revealed to to E! News. "And then when Joe Jonas came out, the crowd went crazy. They were great."

Joe took to his twitter account to thank Demi for the awesome time at the show. "Surprise LA! @DDLovato thank you for having me. Tonight was amazing. Fun keeping this a secret."

"They seemed like old friends and gave each other a high-five at the end," the source explained. "It was the highlight of the night."

We are just hoping that Joe makes more surprise visits on Demi's tour, and that someone is there to document that magic again.
