This past Sunday night (Sept. 28) Citi presented a Q&A session between famed Curb Your Enthusiasm-Seinfeld creator Larry David and comedian David Steinberg. The two got together in conversation to discuss David's ever so successful career and the mark he's left on the comedy community. And best of all, Variety reports he announced that there could very well be more Curb coming down the road.

Brought about by not only Citi but also Carolines on Broadway, the hour-and-a-half conversation at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles was packed with a slew of fans all hoping to learn the ins and outs of the man who has made being both cantankerous and apathetic "cool" in some circles.

Initially tackling his upbringing in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, David described his childhood as "a bunch of old Jews living on top of each other." He continued, "I had an aunt next door and my grandmother on the next floor and it was rife with comedy."

The conversation turned towards the writer-actor's initial plans once leaving college. Much to his mother's disapproval – who wanted to him to be a mailman – David admitted to having "no plan." Though he majored in history, the comic noted, "I had no idea what to do with my life."

Over the course of the conversation, the two drifted towards the television show that has made him a household name: Curb Your Enthusiasm.

"In a way, I wish I was that character on the show because he's so honest," he said. "As Larry David on Curb, I get to say everything I want to say which I can't in real life. It's freeing. This was a great vehicle for me to have all of these thoughts that go unexpressed."

For we "obsessed" Curb fans, the show's creator reportedly feels bad for not having new episodes. Luckily, however, he claims, "I haven't given up the hope."

Of course, no new episodes are coming anytime soon because David is currently gearing up for his Broadway debut in Fish in the Dark
