'MTV Real World/Road Rules Challenge' Star Chris "CT" Tamburello Supports Diem Brown During Third Battle With Cancer [Instagram Photo]

Fans of The Real Worlds/Road Rules Challenges are sure to know the love story that has played out between Diem Brown and Chris "CT" Tamburello over the years, but whether they are on-again or off-again there is certainly a strong bond between these two. CT showed his support for Brown as she battles colon cancer, after already beating ovarian cancer twice. The star posted an image to his Instagram account of him holding on to Diem's hand as she catches some sleep in her hospital bed.

"Sometimes just being there for someone can be the difference between a good and bad day," the reality star captioned the image. "@diembrown could definitely use a few.... Please go to her support page www.medgift.com/diemsnextchallenge #medgift,"

MTV is reporting that the star was rushed to the hospital last Thursday (September 25) after discovering that there was a blockage in her kidney due to a tumor.

"They told me there I had complete blockage of my left kidney and 75 percent blockage of my right because of swelling and tumors," the star told PEOPLE magazine. "They had to do a surgery and put in stents so things could flow normally again."

The star complained of back pain but says that she was unaware that it was because of her kidney.

"I didn't realize that all the back pain was because of my kidneys," Brown explained.

The blockage was discovered when Diem was suppose to undergo a round of chemotherapy, however, during a blood test the doctors saw a spike in her Kidney levels and were only able to give her one of the chemo cocktails, as opposed to two.
