Over the years, Law & Order has been pretty open about it's ripping from the headlines around the world and using those stories as potential episodes and cases in each of its series. Well, now it looks like the long-running Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is gearing up to use the famed Jay Z-Solange elevator fight as fodder for an upcoming episode.

The drama series home network, NBC, recently announced that the forthcoming episode would be titled "American Disgrace" and they even offered up a sneak peak.

Also being featured in the episode are bits an pieces from a number of other celebrity scandals including Ray Rice and Donald Sterling. In fact, NBC's Law & Order: SVU site is describing the episode as "A former NBA star is accused of assault by multiple women." Sounds somewhat familiar, no?
