Earlier this week, the brunette bombshell posted an Instagram photo of the 26-year-old footballer with the caption:

She later replaced the rather shocking message with:

Details surrounding Renner's relationship with Kaepernick still remain hazy - the San Fran cutie usually likes to keep info regarding his romantic escapades on the "down low."

According to the popular gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, Kaepernick did personally invite Renner to a game just last weekend, so apparently she's his main-squeeze (for now).

Kaepernick has yet to respond to such pregnancy rumors, but he continues posting eye-popping promo pics online:
