Rapper T.I. opened up about his artist Rapper Iggy Azalea's career and people continuously trying to stereotype her in Hip Hop music because she's a white Australian woman. Aware of the criticism the celebrity rap star has faced since gaining her success with the song of the summer "Fancy," the music mogul explained that fans and critics should look at her work than focus on her color or nationality.

The rapper told HardKnocktv, "He influence in music should be attributed to her work ethic, her artistic views... her impeccable ability to - she has a vision for herself, and this vision for herself she will not compromise. So I think she should be judged based on that rather than her creed, nationality, what country she from. Like all of that , those are stereotypes."

When asked if he would put her in a category the "Live Your Life" rapper added, "I put her wherever she makes the most noise. I think that when you start trying to classify people in different categories I think that's when you kind of - you diminish the purpose of what we do. He explained, "what we do, we try to bring people together and try to take time to meticulously separate us: Pop, Rap, this, that. I think she can go in a lot of different genres because she's cross pollinated.
