Teresa And Joe Giudice Jail Sentencing Today...Couple Walk Bravely Hand To Hand In Court Thursday

Today is the day that fans all over will learn the fate of Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice.

TMZ reports that Teresa plans to ask for mercy of the court and explain to the judge her role in the reality show was fake and that she really is a nice and caring person. 

In the legal documents Teresa filed she requests to have no jail time. She wants the judge not to be influenced by the hit BRAVO TV show because,  "The image is little more than a carefully crafted fiction, engineered by Bravo TV through scripted lines and clever editing."

One main reason Teresa is asking to be forgiven for her fraud actions is because she and Joe have 4 young daughters. Joe will more than likely take all the damages and be sentenced to serve time in prison or will possibly be deported back to Italy.

The gossip site claims that Teresa said if she has to serve time in prison, their girls will have to split up because no one in their family would be able to provide for all 4.

Teresa is willing to lose any left over money from the wire fraud if the judge lets her go free. Teresa is praying for community service and will also accept home detention.

Besides promoting herself, Teresa has done a lot of charity work with sick children and more and believes she would be more useful in the community instead of in prison.

But if Teresa thinks she will get off that easy, their are issues to her case. Prison sentencing guidelines say that Teresa is due to have some kind of sentencing of 21 to 27 months.
