'American Horror Story' Season 4 'Freak Show' Spoilers- Main Title Credits Revealed: Are There Any Clues In New Video?

As a special treat for being the first day of October yesterday, Ryan Murphy gave all the American Horror Story fans out their the biggest surprise. The creator of the FX series debuted the main title credits for the newest install of the horror franchise, Freak Show. If the opening is any indication for how the rest of the season is going to play out, we can tell that we are in for one crazy, creepy, thrill ride.

Murphy took to his Twitter account to debut the clip, writing, "Halloween Season has begun! Here's the Freak Show Main Titles. 1 WEEK until premiere. Happy October! #WeAreAllFreaks."

While trailers for other seasons have given clues as to major storylines and spoilers, we are sure that there are some uber American Horror Story fans out there that have been pouring over the clip trying to get any hints at the new season. For example, the identify of the supreme on last year's Coven, was revealed in the titled sequence, but it didn't seem that anyone picked up on it until after the finale aired.

While, we love all the season openers equally, we think that this new stop-motion opening might just be our favorite yet.

Entertainment Weekly cites the new credit sequence as reminiscent of Disney movie The Nightmare Before Christmas, and we couldn't agree more, especially with the dancing skeletons, and all the creepy toys.

The new season of American Horror Story stars Jessica Lange, Emma Roberts, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, and Frances Conroy.

Freak Show premieres on Wednesday, October 8 at 10 pm on FX.
