Charlie Sheen has gotten himself into a new firestorm that has his representatives scrambling to clean up his mess.

On the heels of a shocking report today by TMZ about Charlie's recent chaotic visit to a dentist – which MStarsNews also reported on –  his lawyer and publicist have come forward to squash reports the actor assaulted a dental technician while on drugs.

"The story is being made up by this woman [the dental technician] who was fired on Friday for violating HIPAA by telling her son Charlie was in the office. It got back to Charlie and the dentist fired her," Charlie's lawyer Marty Singer said.

According to TMZ, while having a nitrous oxide mask placed over his face to get rid of an abscess, the former Two and a Half Men star began swinging his arms and hitting her. After the technician walked out of the room, there was a lot of chaos in the room. When Charlie's dentist finally came out, he told her Charlie went after him with a knife.

On top of that, the technician also told police Charlie's bodyguard told the dentist Charlie was high on rock cocaine! Charlie's lawyer counters that as well.

"No bodyguard made the absurd statement to the dentist. Charlie had a bad reaction to the noxious gas put in his mouth and nose," he said.

Charlie's publicist Jeff Ballard also told Gossip Cop Charlie had a "bad reaction" to the nitrous oxide and there was "no knife involved and [Sheen was] not on any illegal drugs."

He also told Gossip Cop no one from the police has reached out to him or the actor even though TMZ reported he was being investigated for possible battery of the technician and felony assault with a deadly weapon of the dentist.

Do you believe Charlie's reps or is this just another day for the once in-demand actor?
