Looks like this court case is going to be pretty nasty. MStars News has been updating fans of the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa and Joe Giudice as they endure a long day in court.

According To RadarOnline, the couple who are currently still in court are getting slammed by U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas. MStars News previously reported that the RHONJ costars walked bravely into court for their sentencing on fraud convictions Thursday in Newark.

The judge called that couple a lot of things including saying that they are a “pattern of deception, dishonesty and concealment,” which she believes was “intentional” on their part, and claims that they were operating in their illegal mess for others to see, making careless actions.

“How is it that at this point the court is having to go over this?” Judge Salas asked the couple's legal team. The Giudices are claiming that they gave all their financial details to an accountant that they hired.

The judge revealed that a number of items, including cars, recreational vehicles and high-priced construction equipment were not listed on the Giudices records, despite the fact that federal investigators had already added it to their audit.

The judge was also upset with the Giudices, because they had missed their deadline to file the disclosure forms, that were supposed to be done five months back, which has slowed down the proceedings process.

“I had to put the sentencing off because the financial disclosure wasn’t in,” Salas revealed.

When the hearing first started, Salas told attorneys that sentencing guidelines for Joe would include, 37 to 46 months; and 21 to 27 months for Teresa, both receiving no probation unless she were to change the sentencing based on their situation.

Salas also ruled that the reality stars must pay $414,588.90 in restitution fees, with Joe facing $7,500 to $75,000 in fines, and Teresa having $5,000 to $50,000.
