Barbra Streisand released her new album Partners Sept. 16, and it is full of duets with iconic singers. The "It Had to Be You" singer even teamed up with country star Blake Shelton, of The Voice, for a song called "I'd Want It to Be You" and thanked him with a gift.

The song features nods to Blake's career in his song "Honey Bee" and Barbra's role in the 1968 film Funny Girl.

"You're still sweet as a honeybee after all these years," Barbra sings.

"You'll always be that funny girl to me," Blake responds.

Even though the duet is done, Blake is still wondering how it all came to be.

"It's still shocking to me. I don't know how it came down. I don't know how she knows about me, but I'm just glad. I'm just going with it," The Voice coach told People.

The 38-year-old country singer admitted that even though Barbra wasn't in the studio — she was on the phone — when he was recording his part, he was still nervous to impress her.

"Hell, yes, it was nerve-wracking! I remember I kept saying to her, 'Man, thank you. I mean, just thank you for thinking of me.' She couldn't have been more humble and more appreciative for all of us that were part of the record. She was very sweet about it. I don't know, I'm still speechless about it, I really am," he told the publication.

It looks like all of his hard work paid off. Barbra's album debuted on the charts at No. 1. To thank Blake for his work on the record, The Guilt Trip actress sent him a thank-you gift.

"She sent me a piece of crystal that was like, 'Thank you, Love Barbra.' I pushed all my awards away and put that in the middle. It was so cool, like, 'See, she knows me. I knew it,'" Blake gushed.

Barbra teamed up with other artists such as John Legend, John Mayer and Billy Joel on Partners. Elvis Presley even makes it on the album, with the help of studio technology.
