Judge Salas Gives Joe Giudice 41 Months Behind Bars...Teresa Giudice Awaiting Her Sentence

MStars News has just learned that Joe Giudice has been sentenced to 41 months in a federal prison for wire and bankruptcy fraud, as we are still waiting to know Teresa Giudice's fate.

According to TMZ, Joe was sentenced and must pay $414,588.90 in restitution and undergo an alcohol treatment program during his time in prison.

MStars News previously reported that U.S. district court judge, Esther Salas slammed Joe and Teresa for being deceptive, dishonest and claiming that their actions were intentional.

The gossip site claims that both Joe and Teresa became emotional bursting into tears as the judge criticized their actions.

TMZ claims that the judge said if she sentences Teresa to prison, she will be flexible on the time she serves behind bars so that one parent will be able to care for their 4 daughters.

Teresa is currently praying and asking the judge for leniency, as she possibly faces more than 20 months behind bars.
