Russell Wilson and Colin Kaepernick are rivals and friends, but which is the better quarterback? The two have a lot in common, but Russell has a Super Bowl ring to his name, while Kaepernick has been the "nearly man" so far in his NFL career. With their teams being the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers, it was always likely the young duo would be compared with one another. Russell has admitted he used to be a bully, but insists he's changed. Yet again Colin is in the press for the wrong reasons. His ex-girlfriend Brittany Renner is insisting they're expecting a child together, but Colin is making a big ordeal out of it, stating that he's not going to be a Dad.

Wilson has become the NFL's good guy, but he insists he's had to change his once horrid ways. He was a bully, beating up other kids. He's changed his violent ways, and wants the NFL to follow his path, too.

He insisted 'I used to beat people up. Truthfully, I used to beat people up a lot. Many of you readers probably think I have been Mr. Goody Two-Shoes my whole life, but honestly, I was a bully growing up. In elementary and middle school, I threw kids against the wall. I rubbed their heads in the dirt at recess. I bit them. I even knocked teeth out. I'm not a perfect person by any means. I'm just a recovering bully. But if we start being honest about our pain, our anger, and our shortcomings instead of pretending they don't exist, then maybe we'll leave the world a better place than we found it. For those of us in the NFL, there's no excuse for violence off the field.'

Colin may not be violent, but he cannot seem to steer clear of drama. Brittany insists that they're about to have a baby together, but he insists it's wrong. He posted "Stop Lyin" to his Instagram page today, using a song to make his point. He star never named her, but it's obvious what he was referring to. Has Colin got father duties to adapt to, or is he yet again keeping the wrong company?

They may be two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, but it seems Kaepernick needs to curb his bad habits if he's to become equal to Wilson.
