Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Gabrielle Union, Savannah James: $17 Million House Deal To Ensure 'King' Returns To Miami Heat From Cleveland Cavaliers

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have been through a lot together, but could they be set to add one final chapter to their NBA careers together? The pair have become best friends, winning titles for the Miami Heat and often double dating with wives Gabrielle Union and Savannah James, but 'Bron left to return to his Cleveland Cavaliers. He has many options to leave the Cavaliers, however, and although he has put his Miami-based house on the market for $17 million, they may have a plan after all. Rumours are suggesting that James could sell the property to Wade, leaving him the "possibility" to return to Miami, using a buy-back clause to regain his property. Could James return to the Heat?

James' property has six bedrooms, a pool, a wine cellar and space for boats. What more could he ask for? Apparently, Wade and this property weren't enough because he bailed on his friend and returned home to Cleveland.

But as James has said himself, it wasn't easy to leave Wade or Miami. Rumours are suggesting he's encouraging Wade to buy the property, allowing for him to make the unthinkable return to Miami.

James isn't likely to do a friends-and-family discount, however, as he bought the place for $9 million in 2010 and wants $17 million just five years later. Although many people are likely to be in contention to buy James's house, could Wade or another former teammate stump up that kind of cash and allow James an easy route back to Miami if his second stint in Cleveland doesn't work out.
