Here is the 911 call made by an individual identified as “Andrew,” the man who first reported seeing country singer Randy Travis’ body lying in the middle of a Texas road Tuesday evening.

The man placed a call to the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office, stating "I just found a guy laying in the road." He later added, "I want to say he had no shirt on, but I don't know." Travis was supposedly lying in the middle of the road with no other car in site.

When police arrived to the scene Tuesday night, Travis was found naked and began threatening to kill the state troopers who placed him under arrest. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and retaliation/obstruction. Travis was released from jail on Wednesday on a $21,500 bond.

The man who placed the 911 call states he was “spooked” to find a man lying out in the middle of the road seemingly alone in the dark.

The Grammy Award winning singer was also arrested in Texas back in February, when he was cited for public intoxication.
