Todd Chrisley is the head of his household and with season two of his USA show, Chrisley Knows Best premiering this month, it's only fitting that he is dishing out some serious parenting advice to new parents Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.

Todd is a self-made millionaire with five children. His show follows his family and their sassy attitudes as Todd tries to teach his children how to live. As the self-proclaimed "patriarch of perfection," Todd knows a thing or two when it comes to raising children.

"I think you love your baby. You know that it's going to get better when you bring them home. You're learning at the same time your baby is learning you," Todd explained to E! News.

Ashton Kutcher and fiancée Mila Kunis welcomed their first child together on Sept. 30 and they are very new to the baby game. Their daughter Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher was born in Los Angeles, where the couple lives together. If though they are first-time parents, they are already bonded as a team.

"Ashton is not letting Mila out of his site. They are spending every moment together. She's been really calm and chill about it," a source told E! News before the birth of the couple's beautiful daughter, Wyatt.

So what kind of child do Mila and Ashton plan on raising? A good child, of coarse. "I just don't want my kids to be a-holes. I feel like so many kids nowadays are. Both of us just want to have well-behaved, honest, nice children who people meet and say, 'That's a good kid," Mila told Marie Claire in its July issue.

Todd completely agrees, with Mila's ideas about kids and has rules for all of his children. "I never say [anything] to hurt you, I never say it to hurt anyone's feelings, and I certainly don't want to diminish the growth of my children to become good, positive, constructive adults and to have self-confidence," the reality star told E! News.

"[But] you are my child, so no, I don't raise whores or crack heads," he added.

Season two of Chrisley Knows Best starts Oct. 14.
