In early September, Orlando hinted that the couple may have melded their relationship after he posted a sexy photo of Draya on his Instagram age. Eventually, the star athlete deleted the photo confusing fans of their current relationship status.

In August, Draya announced her break up to her NFL star boyfriend addressing the issue on Instagram. The reality star wrote, "Id rather focus on my family and career than a relationship at the time. I did my best to make things work. I'm not the one who failed."

Shortly after, Orlando was suspended by the Dallas Cowboys for four games for using a drug called Molly. According to ESPN, the NFL star will lose $1 million in total for the missed games and in a statement released by his rep, the cornerback apologized to his family and team and revealed that the drug was given to him unknowingly while on vacation in Mexico (same trip he traveled to with the reality star).

In a statement, Orlando apologized for his behavior and spent time out of the limelight, "I would like to apologize to my children, my family, the Jones family, my coaches, my teammates and my fans. Failing a drug test is far out of my character, and although I never knowingly took a performance-enhancing drug/banned stimulant while on vacation in Mexico, I take full responsibility for what goes in my body and more importantly for the embarrassment of a failed drug test. It's my goal by issuing this statement to clear my name and more importantly to be judged by what happens to me in the future." The statement read, "I hope that my family, my Cowboys football family and all my fans can forgive me for this situation. I look forward to a successful 2014 season."
