Robert Pattinson's Sister Lizzy 'X-Factor UK' Elimination- 'Twilight' Heartthrob's Sis Voted Off Singing Competition By Simon Cowell

Robert Pattinson's big sister, Lizzy Pattinson, has enjoyed her time on the British singing competition The X-Factor, but unfortunately it was short-lived as she was just sent home during last week's episode.

According to E! News, the 31-year-old aspiring singer, who spent her professional time as a personal assistant, didn't make it in to the live top 12 after Simon Cowell decided that her vocal performance wasn't strong enough to make the cut.

We previously reported about Lizzy during the audition round when it became clear that she was related to Pattinson. Her younger Twilight actor brother had nothing but amazing things to say about his sis when he gave an interview with the Grazia daily.

"I would never have the balls to do that, ever, in a million years. I can't believe she's done it. So, it's amazing," the star gushed, before saying that he's "ridiculously proud of her."

We have a feeling that this won't be the last that we see of Lizzy, as before this competition she had a strong following even being featured on the Twilight soundtracks.

She also reconfirmed our assumptions that she wasn't done with music just yet, taking to her Twitter to thank her fans and let them know what she will be up to next.

"Thank you for your lovely messages," the singer tweeted. "I had laryngitis at the judges' houses, but did the best I could... the show much go on! Best time ever. Looking forward to bringing you some new songs soon."

Congrats to Lizzy on making it into the top 6 of her category. We expect to see huge things from her in the future.
