Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is done with her lawyers after being sentenced to 15 months in prison on charges of mortgage and bankruptcy fraud. She has fired them and is now being advised by a legal crisis consultant.

The reality star and her husband Joe Giudice are currently getting advise from Wendy Feldman, their legal crisis consultant, before they report to prison. Teresa is to report Jan. 5.

"There is no need, their lawyers' job is done," the consultant told E! News. "Right now, all they need is a conviction expert, which is what I do. They will not appeal the case. As part of their plea agreement, they can't."

One of the remaining unknowns is where the Bravo star will serve her time. According to Radar Online, it could be at Alderson Federal Prison Camp in West Virginia, also known as "Camp Cupcake." That's where Martha Stewart did her prison sentence.

But Feldman says that's yet to be decided.

"It is way too soon to say where Teresa will be serving time," she said. "Normally, the Bureau of Prisons does not notify you until two weeks before you surrender. It all depends where there is capacity at the time."

In her interview with Real Housewives Executive Producer Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, the Fabellini purveyor said her lawyers didn't do a good enough job helping her avoid prison time.

"I thought my lawyer was going to fight for me. I mean, that's what lawyers do. I don't know. That's why you hire an attorney," the RHONJ star said. "You put it in their hands. I mean, whatever they wanted from me — believe me — I followed their direction. Whatever they wanted, I gave them. I'm not trying to hide anything."

"Whatever I needed to do, I would have [done]," she continued. "After I left court, I left court. I never spoke to my attorneys. It was done. The judge made a decision."
