Taylor Swift Begs Selena Gomez To Move To New York City WIth Her: Former Disney Star Warming Up To Idea After Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner Texting Scandal

Are Taylor Swift and her bestie Selena Gomez about to take a bite out of the Big Apple together? If Taylor had her way, they would, and it seems like Selena is warming up to the idea.

"Taylor has been begging me to live there," the star explained to E! News Tuesday (October 7). "She's like, 'It's the best decision I've ever made.'"

While Selena might have been resilient to the idea in the past, it seems like the starlet is definitely taking the decision into consideration.

"Everyone always says I'm more New York when they meet me so maybe it would be good for me," Gomez explains. "I don't spend enough time there. I'd love to spend time in New York."

And it seems that there is one thing that Selena has always dreamed of having ... a New York City love affair.

"I've always said that I want to have a love affair and live there," the star explained.

Taylor also explained to People that the decision to move to New York has been exhilarating.

"Being on my own, prioritizing my girlfriends, my family and my music above everything else and trying things I never though I'd try, it's really been a liberating and freeing time."

It seems like Gomez could use some of that, as she just broke up again with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber. According to Hollywood Life, the two split because he was texting Keeping Up With the Kardashian star Kendall Jenner.

The source tells the new site that Selena is "completely humiliated," after reading the texts between Biebs and Kendall.

It seems like a love affair in New York City might be exactly what the doctor ordered.
