Nick Cannon finally explains getting rid of his Mariah Carey tattoo after splitting with his wife. In an interview with Extra Tv, Nick opened up about his split from his diva wife, "I'm just taking everything one day at a time and just being the best person that I can possibly be at the end of the day."

Recently, the rapper was spotted shirtless with a massive tattoo covering his infamous "Mariah" tattoo confirming his eminent split from wife, "It's not finished yet... It wasn't supposed to be revealed yet... I didn't know they were there, that's how sneaky paparazzi are... I had just gotten it done, it was painful... It hurt a lot and I'm still not finished, I'm still probably like six more sessions away."

Recently, Nick was spotted with a mystery blonde after his meeting with former "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson.

The three friends met up at Matsuhisa for sake and sushi for an amicable outing up until the famed producer left the "Wild- N'-Out" host with the sexy blonde. The actor was later spotted exiting from the back of the restaurant and the beauty ran into paparazzi in the front as she caught a ride with another friend.

The celebrity admitted that the couple have separated and since has kept his private life low-key despite airing out reports regarding their infidelity on his official Twitter account, September 4.

"I have personally been absent from social media for the past few months for obvious reasons but I feel the need to finally speak up. During this challenging time for me and my family it saddens me that the media can be such evil bottom feeders.
