'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Josh Altman and Girlfriend Heather Bilyeu Reveal Why They Postponed Wedding

It's not all about selling houses and making money on the 'Million Dollar Listing' Los Angeles show. Star Josh Altman and his girlfriend Heather Bilyeu aren't' so sold on the marriage thing yet.

The couple postponed their July 2014 wedding and spoke to Us Weekly regarding the matter, while updating fans that they are still very much together and still planning away at their wedding.

"You won't hear this very often, but it was probably the best thing for our relationship," Altman said. "At the end of the day I think we kind of forgot who the wedding was for, and when you have cameras following you around most of the year — for the last four years — you forget that at the end of the day that's gonna live a lot longer than Million Dollar Listing. It's about us, and at the end of the day, that's what was most important to us."

When they do get married (no date yet) will they let the Bravo cameras roll? They aren't sure yet. The blonde fiancée that sports a huge diamond ring from Altman has stated that she wants a small private wedding, which is at odds with typical reality TV weddings.

"Yeah, it turned into a story line as opposed to a wedding, and that didn't sit well with us. It's about a marriage, not just a wedding," Bilyeu said.

The couple first met on the reality hit show as they are both real-estate agents.

Bilyeu goes on to explain, "We first met on the show so we really owe Million Dollar Listing and Bravo so much for introducing us and our fans have been so good to us and really supportive and love watching the little bit of our personal life on the show."
