Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller is known for her yelling and berating of the students in her class, but now one of them is claiming she feared the Lifetime star would assault her!

In the lawsuit filed yesterday, Paige Hyland claims that Miller "intentionally engaged in conduct that caused Plaintiff Paige Hyland to reasonably believe that she was about to be touched or harmed in an offensive manner."

Hyland states in the papers that she underwent emotional abuse and has panic attacks due to Miller's mistreatment of her on the reality show. She even mentioned a blow-up Miller had where she was so upset that she threw a chair across the room.

All of this led to Hyland being fearful for what Miller might do next. She has even had to go for treatment for the abuse, according to the lawsuit.

"Paige Hyland reasonably feared she would be physically injured because she had observed Miller physically batter other people on the show including physically pushing [mother] Kelly Hyland's face, pinching another student until she bled and violently grabbing another student by the arm," the lawsuit states.

The young dancer and her mom also state that the Dance Moms producers wanted Miller to be as violent as possible to create drama and ratings for the show.

"All of this was a part of a deliberate scheme by the producers to generate interest in the television show and strong ratings when each episode airs," the papers continued.

No word yet from Lifetime or Abby Lee Miller.

Do you believe Hyland and her mother or are they just trying to get a payday? Or this could just be publicity the show is trying to generate for next season?
