It's been a crazy year for Jermain Taylor. 2014 is coming to an end and he has already shot his cousin, avoided punishment and won the IBF middleweight boxing title! Now the professional boxer is selling the blood-stained house in which he shot his cousin in. The champion may have beat Sam Soliman, winning via a unanimous points decision, but it seems he wants to start his life as a champion in a new property.

The champ won at ease, beating the 40-year-old veteran. Taylor explained, "I heard it before. Now I'm hearing it again." When talking about Soliman, he continued, "He's a warrior. He did the same thought I would have. He kept fighting." Soliman then explained, "It wasn't an injury that came back because of bad luck. It was because of Jermain. If he wasn't as good a fighter as he was, he wouldn't have come up with the goods. But I'm not going to take up table tennis just yet."

Despite winning a large amount of money for the victory, he still wants to sell his property. His cousin survived, but it seems the 5,071 square feet of space isn't enough for Taylor to forget the past. He's selling the 4-bed property for a fee of around $1.2 million, and one can wonder, will there be a discount for the recent trauma endured at that house?

Is it right that Taylor's living an easy life after such a horrific act? Regardless, it seems he's ready for a new life, as the new IBF champion.
