Week five of Dancing With the Stars season 19 begins tonight on ABC and everything is about to change. This week's performances mark the first performances for the contestants and their new teammates since the switch up happened. Janel Parrish is now revealing what she has in store for her dance this week. Hint: It's got "bad girl" written all over it.

Last week, the Pretty Little Liars star performed a routine dedicated to BJ, her mentor who passed away the year she moved from Hawaii to Los Angeles. The routine was beautiful, but Janel explained that without her partner Val Chmerkovskiy by her side she wouldn't have been able to pull it off.

"Right before the dance, I looked up and saw pictures, and I started to get really teary-eyed. Val just stood right in front of the monitor and said, 'Don't watch that right now. Look at me. It's just you and me.' Probably the only reason I was able to get through that dance was because of Val," Janel revealed in her People blog.

Even though Janel bonded with Val, the switch up challenge has paired her with Artem Chigvintsev for the week so she has to refocus with her new partner. The duo will be dancing to a new style this episode... burlesque.

"I have Artem as my partner, and I love Artem! It's been so much fun. Obviously I have a huge bond with Val now, after dancing with him for so long, so I really miss him, and Artem misses Leah, too," she wrote.

So what do Janel and Artem have in store for their first performance together? A sexy burlesque number, that's what. "I think it's going to be an amazing dance. There are some hard tricks where I get thrown in the air, and I've never done anything quite like that before, so it should be interesting," Janel said. "But it's fun! I really enjoy it. It's going to be a really, really fun dance, and I'm hoping to channel my inner bad burlesque girl!"

Tune in tonight to see how the rest of the new teams do!
