According to a HollywoodLife.com "insider," Gomez dumped Bieber because she was tired of his hard-partying ways. She thinks he should re-focus on his music:

"Justin's totally gone back on his word to her. He told Selena that he was going to focus on work. He even booked studio time back in LA and they were going to help each other focus... If he really wants to impress her and win her back, he should come back to LA and get to work." 

Perhaps Bieber likes hanging-out with Moore just to get his mind off of his former "Come & Get It" muse?
