Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice might have just been sentenced in his bankruptcy fraud case, but it looks like the reality star can't stay out of the courthouse. Teresa Giudice's husband is headed back to court this week to be sentenced for obtaining a fake driver's license back in 2010.
The star just received 41-months behind bars in his fraud case, but could possible receive 10 more years in the slammer because of these other charges. According to RadarOnline, the star has just entered into a plea deal for this case, the same thing he did for his fraud charges, but this case could see him serving even more time than he received from the other one.
Following Giudice's DWI charges back in 2010, the RHONJ househusband's license was suspended and he tried to obtain a new one pretending to be his brother Pietro. When his brother was pulled over and showed police his license in 2011, Joe's picture showed up, revealing the fraud.
Should he get prison time in this case, he will be able to serve it concurrently with his 41-month sentence.
Radar is reporting, "prosecutors signed off on allowing Joe to serve the prison time in the drivers license case concurrently with the bankruptcy fraud."
The decision on how much time Joe will spend behind bars for this case is in the hands of the judge, but prosecutors are asking for him to service half the time.
The Inquisitr also confirmed the news, saying, "It's likely Joe will remain behind bars longer than the 41-months in prison."
Mstars will be sure to keep all the Real Housewives of New Jersey fans updated when more news is revealed about Joe's sentencing tomorrow.
