"Real Housewives of Atlanta" reality star Phaedra Parks may be forced to speak about her knowledge regarding her estrange husband, Apollo Nida's criminal activities.

In a second deposition in her defamation lawsuit against author Angela Stanton, the mother-of-two may have to open up about what she knew about Apollo's fraudulent activities. The Bravo star slammed Stanton with a lawsuit after she alleged Parks involvement and knowledge with Apollo's secret, illegal lifestyle.

In order to defend Stanton, Lawyers have received an opportunity to question Parks after their judge ordered a 2nd deposition.

Not sure what Parks will reveal, however, she certainly wants this mess behind her after dumping her husband last week.

According to E! News, the reality star's rep, Steve Honig, Phaedra, "has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage," after nearly 1 month of Apollo's prison start date for fraud. The reality star will now refocus on their children, Dylan and Ayden, both under the ages of 4.

"[She] is now putting all of her energy into ensuring the well-being of her two children and making decisions that are in their best interests," Honig said. "This situation has put a tremendous strain on Phaedra and her family and she is working hard to bring back a sense of normalcy to everyone's lives."

In July, Apollo admitted to their marriage crumbling during an interview with Be100 Radio. The host asked if Apollo believed his marriage would sustain while he serves his 8-year sentence for fraud and Apollo answered, "I doubt it. I mean my wife didn't even show up for my f**kin' sentencing so you know I'm still kind of- I'm still salty about that."
