The USA and Spain basketball teams final will take place on Sunday August 12 at 10 a.m. EST at the London Olympics 2012. Live streaming will be available on NBC's website. A cable subscription is required to access the live stream.
USA and Spain basketball teams have competed in the finals previously at the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The United States took home the gold winning Spain by 11 points. It was a very close game between two very capable and talented team of players.
Now Spain is determined to make this London Olympics game count. Both teams have placed their countries' best players to compete for gold. They've been preparing for this for 4 years since their ultimate defeat in 2008.
The United States team boasts of basketball greats including Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Kevin Durant and more.
Russia and Argentina will compete for the bronze medal an is scheduled to air at 6 a.m. EST on NBC Sports Network.
