'Sons Of Anarchy' Recap: Charlie Hunnam's Jax Teller Goes To War With Mayans In "Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em!"

Alliances shift, double-crosses are made, and secrets are revealed in season 7 of FX's Sons of Anarchy. After the bloody massacre in Nero's club, how will Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) continue his vengeance-seeking mission when The Mayans want a piece of his territory in 'Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em?'

Gemma Teller (Katey Sagal) is still alive after the car crash she had with Jiuce. Juice let her live but she is now walking across the desert in high heels. With her feet aching, Gemma ends up talking to herself at a truck diner.

Hungry and exhausted, Gemma (Sagal) befriends a downtrodden waitress (Lea Michele), who listens to her lonely conversation. During the waitress' cigarette break, Gemma reveals it's her fault that something bad happened to Tara. Wendy (Drea De Matteo) and Wayne finally arrive to pick her up, but Gemma refuses to go to the police.

Sheriff Althea (Annabeth Gish) reveals to Chibs (Tommy Flanagan) that Henry Lin is making a deal with the prosecution. Henry will say anything to strike to get out of jail and get back on the streets. Chibs knows Henry just wants revenge for what happened. 

Jax and his crew end up in a standoff against a few of Ron Tully's henchmen. As soon as the guns are lowered, Jax starts the fight and throws his fists around. Soon, both sides are attacking each other in a lengthy brawl.

Nero (Jimmy Smits) is suddenly taken hostage by the Mayans. The leaders of the Mayans want to know why Nero would side with Jax's team. Neo is locked away in a small room, waiting to find out if they are going to kill him or not.

Juice arrives at the Mayan's headquarters, offering to make a deal. Juice wants passports to make it across the border, and in exchange, he will give up intel about SAMCRO. Unfortunately, this was all a set-up as Juice ends up in handcuffs by the Mayans. 

With Juice as the sacrificial lamb, Jax makes a deal with the Mayans, establishing a truce between them. They will work together against August Marks, with a trade for the heroin distribution. Jax gets the plan in motion as he visits Ron Tully (Marilyn Manson) in prison.  

Juice and Nero end up in the same room together. Juice reveals to Nero what happened to him and how he is a traitor to his own club. Nero realizes that Juice was driving in Gemma's car, but doesn't understand why he would have the keys to her vehicle.

The Mayans, SAMCRO, and the One Niners are all working together as they shoot down August Marks' henchmen. There is finally truce between the gang rivals but now, Jax has to figure out what to do with Juice.

After finally being reunited, Nero tells Gemma about what happened to Juice. Gemma is incredibly frightened about what's going to happen next. Will Juice end up telling Jax she killed Tara?
