Kylie Jenner's Romantic Date With Tyga Prompts More Twitter Backlash, Mom Kris Jenner Approves? Why Rapper Considers New Girlfriend 'Next Madonna' [PHOTOS]

Rapper Tyga hopes to keep his blossoming romance with "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" youngin' Kylie Jenner on the down low, but the paparazzi won't let that happen!

On Tuesday (October 14th), Blac Chyna's baby daddy was spotted on another lunch/early dinner date with the 17-year-old reality starlet. The two grabbed something to eat at Beverly Hills' popular Crustacean restaurant. Both dressed casually (probably to avoid any attention). Although they left separately, Jenner was later spotted discreetly jumping into the "Rack City" superstar's car.

Twitter fans are still unamused, considering California's age of consent laws (Tyga's 24-years-old):

But infamous "KUWTK" momager Kris Jenner doesn't seem to mind...

"Kris thinks Tyga is so charming and innocent and she isn't at all worried about him and Kylie working together and spending time together," an alleged source tells HollywoodLife.com.  "It's not a concern of hers. The thought of him being anything other than sweet, innocent and strikingly handsome, would be devastating." 

The snitch adds, "Not only is she comfortable with Kylie being around him, she thinks it's a great idea for her to have older friends. Kylie will spend the rest of her life as an adult after she turns 18 next year. There's nothing wrong with her getting a jump on it. There's nothing wrong with her and Tyga hanging out, going to the studio and having casual friend dates in Kris' eyes - simply because they're not doing anything mischievous... Kris raised all of her children to be respectful, to make good decisions, and Kylie is no different. People are making too much of nothing where Kylie and Tyga are concerned."

So - what about a musical collaboration? Perhaps, considering Tyga allegedly thinks Jenner could be the "next Madonna." Really?

Another insider reveals, "Kylie just wants to be Kylie when it comes to her music but Tyga thinks she can be more. More like a modern-day Madonna even but with some hip hop infused. She's beyond talented and can dance somewhat but all that can be learned if she's willing to work for it, which he thinks she is... He thinks that even despite her name being forever linked to the Kardashians, her music will, should he work with her much like Akon did with Gaga, be unstoppable."

Is this why Tyga's instigating a relationship? "He thinks she's edgy. She's has talents that the public has yet to see and she's holding back a bit because of her age," the source explains. "She's got sex appeal. That soft, milky skin, black hair, gorgeous eyes and is sweet yet has that inner charisma that hasn't that hasn't been unleashed yet."
