'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice, Joe Giudice In Marriage Hell: Bravo Stars On The Brink Of Collapse!

Married Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice are on the brink of divorce, and things for the reality couple are only going from bad to worse.

According to Radar Online, Joe has been trying to stay away from Teresa and the house they live in because it brings back bad memories.

The RHONJ husband has "been spending time with his siblings and friends since being sentenced," a source told the site. "The last place he wants to be is home with Teresa in the house of horrors. He felt intense pressure from Teresa over the years to provide her with an over-the-top lifestyle, and the house is just a horrible reminder of that."

"When Joe does come home, it's very late at night and things are very tense between the two of them," the source continued.

Not only that, but Joe admitted to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that he has a drinking problem. His lawyer asked that part of his 41-month prison sentence be in an alcohol treatment facility to deal with his issues. Joe admitted to drinking at least two bottles of wine every night and they were like drinking bottles of milk to him.

Legal issues don't stop there for him, either. The reality star is due in court today in Paterson, New Jersey, to face charges for using his brother's identification to illegally obtain a driver's license while his was suspended in 2010.

Radar reported that a plea deal was made after "prosecutors signed off on allowing Joe to serve the prison time in the driver's license case concurrently with the bankruptcy fraud."

Another clue to the deteriorating marriage is that Teresa is expected not to accompany Joe to court.

"Teresa has no plans to be with him," the source said. "It doesn't involve her, and frankly she can't be bothered, she is that self-absorbed."
