Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is trying to keep her family together through a really tough time by making videos for her four girls to watch while she's in prison. The videos the reality star is recording are for different occasions and moments in their lives that she can't be there for while she's behind bars. As we can all remember, she was sentenced to 15 months in prison, while husband Joe Giudice will be there for 41 months.

"She wants to make tapes for them," a source told Us Weekly. "There will be one for birthdays, one for holidays, and a video with words of encouragement for when they're sad."

According to the mag, things have gotten so bad for Teresa that she is now "deeply depressed" and "not eating or sleeping." She is looking to finish the videos by Thanksgiving.

Teresa is very anxious since her daughters will be taken care of by their father Joe, who has been having his own issues.

As MStars News reported, the couple has not been sleeping in the same bed and Joe has been drinking heavily every night. In their first post-sentence interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, Teresa kept telling Joe to "take care of MY girls" over and over to stress how worried she is having them solely in his care.

The Us Weekly source also noted that Joe has been drinking up to four bottles of wine a night and "has been binge-eating."

Not only that, but the Fabellini maven is also worried about Joe's frail health while she's away. "[She's] worried he's going to have a heart attack, like his dad," according to Us.

Even more to worry about is Joe's court hearing today on charges of illegally trying to obtain a driver's license with his brother's birth certificate and marriage license while his license was suspended. He could face 10 years in prison.

How do you think Teresa will stay strong?
