Jennifer Lawrence Twitter: Fans Plead Actress to Open Official Account

When you type in a search for Jennifer Lawrence on Twitter, what comes up on the top is the fan page @ohsokatniss that boasts of 50,000 plus followers. A host of other fan created accounts dedicated to her also appear.  However, you will not see an account for the real actress herself.

Fans have been trying to petition to get the actress' attention to create an official Twitter.  

While some celebrities use Twitter powerfully to their advantage, there are some superstars who do not use Twitter at all.  Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber are avid Twitter users.  Hollywood power couple Jay-Z and wife Beyonce do not use Twitter, yet they can still be considered the most respected and loved male and female entertainers in their genres.

Lawrence's popularity is only increasing with a Hunger Games sequel on the way.  It has been reported that she recently obtained a salary raise of up to $10 million for the Hunger Games sequel, Catching Fire.  Co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson are expected to receive a salary raise as well.
