Have you seen their abs? They're ridiculous!

Though the Bella Twins live in different states, they still push each other to do their best when it coms to staying fit. "We're on the road about 250 days a year. So we do spend a lot of time together, which means we train a lot on the road," Brie told Muscle and Fitness. "I think the nice thing about that is you always have someone to push and motivate you––but instead of it being a friend, it's a sister who's so blunt and honest that you can't really get away with anything or take it easy."

Nikki explains that looking your best comes with eating right. The girlfriend of WWEsuperstar John Cena sticks to steamed vegetables and chicken as well as brown rice, however, she sticks to the brown rice for lunch not dinner.

Brie explains that they try and have an early dinner, typically ending dinner around 6:30. This allows time for their food to digest. They also drink a gallon of water everyday!

How do the twins train their bodies? Nikki reveals that, "I'm all about yoga and Pilates, but when I'm in the gym I'm all about strengthening the core," she tells Eric the Trainer.

Sister Brie continues by stating that her and her sister are always active during the day, even if they are running short on time. "Whether it's power walking, going to yoga class or even going into the gym for 30 minutes."

The WWE stars explain the importance of sleep and sticking to a regimen of eight hours per night. If you are sleep deprived, a nap always helps.

The 31-year-old professional wrestler's signature moves in the ring are, hair-pull mat slam, monkey flip and diving crossbody's!
