Much like one of Randy Orton's RKOs, Warner Bros. came out of nowhere this week to announce its full schedule of DC Comics movies after Zack Snyder's upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. The slate includes Justice League and Wonder Woman movies.

Up first is the Suicide Squad movie, directed by David Ayer and scheduled for release on August 5, 2016. Gal Gadot will then star in her own Wonder Woman film on June 23, 2017. "Wonder Woman is an iconic female superhero fans have been anticipating for many years," said Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara.

Zack Snyder returns to the director's chair for Justice League Part 1 on November 23, 2017. Tsujihara said the team-up would bring "back the cast of Batman v. Superman with a cast of other well-known and highly-anticipated superheroes."

The Flash movie will release on March 23, 2018, with Aquaman swimming into theaters on July 27, 2018. The Hollywood Reporter says Ezra Miller will play Barry Allen in The Flash, and that "the story center s on Barry Allen, a man with super speed and super-fast reflexes." Grant Gustin plays this same character on the CW series of the same name. The studio also confirmed Jason Momoa would play Aquaman, which finally ends the months-long speculation about the actor and the role.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will then star in the Shazam movie on April 5, 2019. Snyder's Justice League Part 2 will drop on June 14, 2019.

Finally, Cyborg will debut on April 3, 2020 and Green Lantern will reboot on June 19, 2020. Solo Batman and Superman movies are also planned, but those do not have dates at this time.
