Inside Edition has exclusively obtained video shot onboard the Frontier Airlines Flight carrying the Ebola-infected nurse, Amber Vinson, from Cleveland to Dallas on October 13th.

The passengers who took the video, Taylor Cole and Axl Goode, were assigned seats 13B and 13C on the Frontier Airlines plane. They tell Inside Edition that today authorities informed them that they were within 3 feet of Nurse Amber Vinson’s seat.

Cole and Goode tell Inside Edition they are putting themselves under voluntary 21-day quarantine.

MStars News previously learned that Vinson was the second nurse to test positive for the Ebola virus earlier this week. Vinson aware that she had a fever boarded a plane from Cleveland, back to Dallas after the CDC gave her permission to do so.

According to reports, Vinson was "monitoring her temperature when she called the CDC to ask if she could get on a plane, where she was told yes," she was safe to travel.

Dr. Thomas Frieden, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, noted that Vinson's temperature was 99.5 degrees before she boarded the plane on Monday.

Vinson traveled back to Cleveland to meet with relatives as she prepared for her wedding.

"She flew into Cleveland to prepare for her wedding. She came in to visit her mother and her mother's fiance," Toinette Parrilla, director of the Cleveland Department of Public Health, explained.

Vinson, and the first nurse to be diagnosed with Ebola, Dallas nurse Nina Pham, treated Thomas Eric Duncan, the first Ebola patient diagnosed in the United States, who recently died from the virus.

The full report will be aired on Inside Edition on Thursday, October 16th.
