'19 Kids & Counting' Jill Dugger & Derek Dillard Talk Pregnancy Cravings & When They'll Reveal Baby's Gender

19 Kids & Counting star Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard, are expecting their first child together and they couldn't be happier. Jill is currently in her second trimester and she is giving some updates on her pregnancy including her food cravings, how it feels to be pregnant, and when the couple will find out the babies gender.

The two spoke to Hollywood Life about the current stage of their pregnancy, and they revealed that they are so happy to be in the second trimester.

"Glad to be in the second trimester because we hear it's the best trimester," Derek explained in the TLC video above.

One major plus for Jill is that during this stage of her pregnancy, the morning sickness has lessened.

"The morning sickness has subsided, praise the Lord," Jill said with a laugh, "And so I'm just experiencing other pregnancy symptoms but thankfully the sickness is gone."

As far as the cravings go, the couple explains that she is eating everything from sweet and salty.

"My first trimester it was everything cold, whether it was sour, sweet whatever it had to be cold," the star explained. "But now in my second trimester I can eat almost anything."

Dillard even joked that he was gaining weight alongside his wife during her pregnancy.

As far as the gender of the baby, the couple says that a lot of people have been speculating what they are going to be having.

 "Right now there's a lot to make us think that we're having a girl, but we're just guessing," Derek explained.

"We've got lots of people telling us it's a girl," Jill said, "but a lot of other ones telling us it's a boy. So, really. It's a 50/50 chance!"

However, it looks like the stars might know about the gender of their baby within the next couple of days, as they said in the video that they had a big announcement coming on October 21.
