Newlyweds Donnie Wahlberg And Jenny McCarthy Drink Hot Chocolate Every Night Together

Newlyweds Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy enjoy the little things when it comes to their relationship. The happy couple, who tied the knot Aug. 31, revealed that they spend every night together ... drinking hot chocolate!

"Jenny and I have hot chocolate together every night. I know a cup of hot chocolate doesn't sound glamorous, but it's those quiet moments with us as a family that are my favorite," Donnie told People at the Say Hello with Keurig 2.0 pop-up shop in New York City. "We have our own things during the day, but this is our time to cuddle up and catch up on our days."

The couple said "I do" this summer in a ceremony outside Chicago in St. Charles, Illinois.

"I won the lottery," the Blue Bloods actor told Us Weekly after he married Jenny in August.

"We are ready to live happily ever after," Jenny added.

Despite being in the public eye as one of the New Kids on the Block members and now acting on the hit CBS show Blue Bloods, Donnie admits he's more of a homebody. In fact, when he's with Jenny, they like to spend time at home away from the limelight.

"I know it may seem like we're extroverts because we spend so much time in front of the camera and we'll talk openly about our lives, but Jenny and I are real homebodies," the 45-year-old actor explained to People. "We're not really party people. If we had our way, we would just lay in bed all day watching Naked & Afraid."

Donnie can also be seen on his family's A&E show The Wahlburgers, which stars his mom Alma Wahlberg, brother Paul Wahlberg, who's a chef, and has appearances by his famous little brother Mark Wahlberg. The show is based on their family's chain of hamburger restaurants.

So what's next for Donnie and Jenny? A long honeymoon.

"We're looking forward to getting away, relaxing and spending some uninterrupted time together ... with hot chocolates every night," he told People.
