Last night, Oct. 20, Hot 97 hosted T.I.'s album release party at S.O.B.'s in New York. Paperwork is the ninth studio album by the hip-hop recording artist, which was released at 12 a.m. by Grand Hustle Records and Columbia Records. MStars News had the pleasure of attending the exclusive event.

The setting was intimate, as Hot 97 radio show host Ebro took the stage to introduce T.I. The two sat down to discuss T.I.'s album, career and personal life.

The first track on the album is entitled "King." Before playing the song, T.I. explained that though he declared himself King, 14 years ago in 2000, he still hasn't reached his greatest potential.

"I ain't made it to where I'm going yet. I'm still going. I'm blessed and gracious to be here today," he said.

The next song played for the crowd was, "Paperwork" featuring Pharrell. Ebro then asked T.I. about the recent beef between Snoop Dogg and his artist Iggy Azalea:

"I have the upmost love, admiration and respect for Snoop. It's over. It's done ... It was a joke that went too far. It ain't nothing. Once you say it's over, it's over."

T.I. proceeded to wish Snoop a happy birthday: "Today is his birthday. Happy birthday to the big dog!"

Ebro then asked the rapper how many Grammys he has won.

"I stopped counting after the first one," T.I. joked. "I have three. There's one that I should've won. I like to count that one too," he said with laughter.

Then Ebro asked a question many fans want to know, "Will there be an ATL 2?"

"That's a definite intention. 2016 marks the 10th anniversary, so in 2015 we should definitely start filming. There are seeds being planted," he said.

Ebro pointed out that T.I. has been married for a long time. "What is the secret?" he asked.

"The secret is find more ways to stay together than you have to separate. If it weren't for my wife, [Tiny] I would've been done a long time ago."

Then he cleverly played "Private Show" featuring Chris Brown, a sexy love song clearly inspired by Tiny.

Ebro closed the interview by asking T.I. how he remains successful:

"As good as you do what you do, you can't do what I do, because I wouldn't have been here for this long."

Great closing statement! T.I.'s album Paperwork is available now on iTunes.
