Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have been constantly fighting since their prison sentence, but now the reality couple is fighting over how to spend the holidays!

According to Radar Online, Teresa has not curbed her money spending ways and wants to have a lavish Christmas for her four girls: Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5.

"[Teresa] had hoped to give the girls an over-the-top Christmas because she is going to be reporting to prison on January 5," a source told the site. "Typically, Teresa would spend up to $10,000 on gifts for just the girls. From designer handbags, jewelry, one-of-a-kind dolls, there isn't anything that the girls asked for and didn't get."

The Bravo star's over-the-top spending has been chronicled on RHONJ for years, especially her extravagant holidays. This year, Audriana wanted a miniature Barbie Jeep and a pony, but Joe wants Teresa to be thriftier when it comes to shopping for Christmas.

"Joe has said absolutely no to both, which is making Teresa furious. But they can barely afford to put gas in their own cars!," the source said. "Joe even suggested that the girls only get one present each, and told Teresa to go shop at the local Goodwill store. Of course she balked at that!"

As MStars News reported, the reality star just lost an endorsement deal for Fabulicious Gelato bars due to her prison sentence. The couple needs to save as much money as they can now more than ever.

Unlike Teresa, Joe wants a close family holiday before she is taken behind bars.

"For Joe, it's all about having the family together, and under one roof," according to Radar. "This will likely be their last Christmas together as a family because Teresa will be filing for divorce as soon as she is finished with her prison sentence. And Joe is likely to be deported."

Teresa is scheduled to report to prison for a 15-month sentence after pleading guilty to mortgage and bankruptcy fraud charges.

Do you think Joe is right to have a smaller Christmas for the family?
