Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have fought the tabloids and won! A rarity in the entertainment world. The couple has finally settled their lawsuit against the Irish publication Heat magazine, which published photos of Timberlake in their Sept. issue stating that the N'Sync singer was cheating on wife Biel at a nightclub in Paris during his birthday party.

The publication's issue read, "Justin Timberlake gets flirty with another woman, It is not his wife!" and "The flirty photos that rocked Justin and Jessica's marriage."

"The article was based on an unfounded report regarding Justin Timberlake's alleged behavior at a club following a performance in Paris, to celebrate a birthday," read a court statement. "... And also included a number of purported statements improperly attributed to Jessica Biel, which heat now understands had never been made by her," a statement read in court said.

"The Defendant accepts that the article was false and withdraws any inferences that questioned the state of Justin and Jessica's marriage. The Defendant regrets any embarrassment caused to the couple and unreservedly apologizes to them," as reported by Entertainment Tonight.

The 33-year-old entertainer filed a defamation claim in Ireland against Heat magazine and their alleged cheating scandal they believe he performed.

As for what the couple thinks of the statement? "They are satisfied," according to their lawyers and are not scared to sue again regarding any other false allegations. Though the couple's lawyer has not stated a financial settlement, the magazine's publisher, Bauer Media Group, did issue an apology.

"The couple will not be making any further comment in relation to this matter, but will not hesitate to take similar legal action if false allegations regarding the state of their marriage are repeated," said their lawyers in a statement.

This isn't the first time a celebrity has brought legal action to media outlets. Britney Spears once sued Us Weekly over what she said was false allegations regarding a sex tape. Ashley Olsen also sued the Enquirer for $40 million over a drug scandal story.
