Who's that girl? That was the question on everyone's minds when Renee Zellweger showed up to the Elle Women in Hollywood party last night in Beverly Hills, California. The 45-year-old star made a very rare red carpet appearance as she was presenting at the awards. However, the star turned head as she debuted a new look and what some are calling a "new face."

The Bridget Jone's Diary star showed up to the event in a black long-sleeved dress looking noticeably different, especially in the facial region. Daily Mail is reporting that the actress, who hasn't admitted to plastic surgery, had an altered brow, wrinkle free forehead and a puffy face.

While she definitely doesn't look bad, it is just surprising to see her look so different as she has maintained a low-key presence in Hollywood over the last couple of years.

Dr. Alex Karidis weighed in on the plastic surgery speculation, saying that her brow isn't higher than before so that rules out a brow lift. They do however claim that the star has had some Botox done on her forehead.

"Her forehead is smooth- you would expect more expressive wrinkle when she smile which indicates a possible small does of Botox between the eyelid and eye," Dr. Karidis explains.

According to E! News, the star presented her friend Gugu Mbatha-Raw with an award at the ceremony.

"I met Gugu last summer," the star said in her speech. "She was on a bike with a basket and she was pedaling through the French Quarter about to brave that famous Southern summer swelter. She was independent and curious and wildly articulate. She was just a modern day Audrey Hepburn."

Also in attendance at the event were Elizabeth Banks, Annette Bening, Jessica Lange, and Tina Fey.
