Goodfellas actor Frank Sivero allegedly reports that The Simpsons' character Louie is him. Therefore, Sivero is suing the Fox Television Studios for $250 million stating that he knows the writers of the TV series, "knew he was developing the character he was to play in the movie Goodfellas," states the lawsuit. "In fact, they were aware the entire character of Frankie Carbone was created and developed by Sivero, who based this character on his own personality."

Sivero, 62, is best known for his roles of Frankie Carbone in Martin Scorsee's Goodfellas (1990) and Genco Abbandando in Godfather Part II.

"Louie's appearance and mannerisms are strongly evocative of character actor Frank Sivero," the lawsuit continues that Dan Castellaneta the voice of Homer Simpson and the chacter Louis sounds just like Sivero's character. "He modeled his voice after Italian American actor, Joe Pesci, who also had a role in Goodfellas."

The Louie character is a member of the Springfield Mafia and hangs with other characters Fat Tony and Legs.

As The Hollywood Reporter states, Sivero alleged that he was in talks with James Brooks of Gracie Films who said "he [Sivero] would be part of the future" and possibly make a film together.

Brooks explained that, "[he} never intended to make a film with Sivero, and that they were simply studying him further for the character Louie."

So how exactly is the $250 lawsuit broken down?

Sivero is demanding $50 million in actual damages of his likeness, $100 million for improper interference, $50 million more in actual damage loss over the appropriateoin of his "confidential" idea and $50 million in exemplary damages over the same "confidential idea.
