BREAKING NEWS: Soldier Shot At War Memorial As One Shooter Reported Dead, At Least 3 Shooters Reported; Canadian Police 'Investigating Several Shooting Incidents'

MStars News is keeping you updated with all the breaking news happening now in Canada. We previously reported that there was a shooting at the War Memorial and Parliament Hill building in Ottawa Wednesday morning, Oct. 22. Reports have been coming in every second with updates as we learned that a Canadian soldier was the first victim to be shot at the memorial a few hours ago.

According to MSN, a gunman entered the country's parliament buildings he was being chased by police with at least 30 shots fired.

CBC TV claims that one gunman was shot dead inside the parliament building as Canadian police try to figure out if the gunaman acted alone or if there were more shooters on the lose.

So far, Canadian police are "investigating several shooting incidents," according to CNN live.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper was reported to have left the building safely as police converged on the area.

Update: 1:05 p.m.: Canadian soldier who was shot at the War Memorial has died, according to CNN.

Update: 1:15 pm: One gunman has been confirmed killed, as police go after another suspected gunman, according to CNN.

Witnesses said they saw at least one body down in the Parliament Hill building, according to CNN, as Parliament Hill reporter Josh Wingrove updated everyone with live tweets.

CNN reports that there were three shooting locations, the first was at the War Memorial, the second at the Capital, Parliament Hill and the third is where police suspect a second gunman was running through a nearby mall.

MStars News has learned that the Canadian Parliament Hill Building in Ottawa and surrounding area is currently on lockdown as well as the staff at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C., in the U.S.

It is unclear at this time if the attack is terrorist-related.
