The star point guard has been in the gym more than ever before, desperate to prove his credentials without LBJ, but rumors have suggested that it's causing a rift between him and his partner Gabrielle Union. He and Chris Bosh have been impressive in the preseason, and Wade even took on a 90-year-old woman in a 1-on-1 game, showing that he really is all about his on-court game.

Wade's love for the game transcends further than almost anything, and rumours are suggesting that Gabrielle is "fuming." Wade was even competing against an old lady, making her birthday wish come true. The lady challenged him via YouTube, and he made her dream come true. He remained his competitive self, as many expected.

In other words, for anyone, including his wife, to get his attention, they need to have a basketball at hand. This was fading until James ditched him, which has prompted him to want to prove himself all over again. It's working, as he had a stunning preseason game.
