Beyoncé and Jay Z have had many ups and downs in their high-profile relationship, but now the power couple is more in love now than ever before.

"They did have major problems," a source told People. "But they worked it out and they've renewed their vows."

Not only have they renewed their vows, but they are even visiting estates near the Seine River and other mansions in Paris because they are looking to move there to raise their daughter Blue Ivy.

"They want to buy a place in Paris because they have so many memories there and they want to be able to be there more often," a source told Us Weekly. "They plan on retiring in Paris eventually."

Paris is close to the performers' hearts so it's not a surprise they want to create a home there.

"We love Paris," Jay Z told the crowd at the last show of his On the Run tour with his wife. "It's special to us because we got engaged here, and this is where Blue Ivy was conceived."

The vow renewal comes at a perfect time for the superstars, who have been dogged by breakup rumors for months ever since surveillance camera footage surfaced of Beyoncé's sister, Solange Knowles, kicking and punching Jay Z in a hotel elevator.

The "Bonnie and Clyde" artists have good reason to stick it out and mend their fractured relationship.

"They worked it out for [the sake of] their reputations and for [their 2-year-old] Blue Ivy," according to People.
