‘Wolf of Wall Street’ Margot Robbie Allegedly Joining Tina Fey, Lorne Michaels In ‘Taliban Shuffle’ [VIDEO]

From The Wolf of Wall Street to The Taliban Shuffle! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Wolf star Margot Robbie is in talks to join 30 Rock's Tina Fey for an "adaptation of journalist Kim Barker's wartime memoir." With Robbie as a co-star, the film will be produced by both Fey and her former 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live boss Lorne Michaels.

Labeled as a political black comedy, the film will put Robbie back together with her Will Smith-led Focus (2015) directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa.

As THR notes, Barker's memoir details her experiences as a "fish out of water" when entering Kabul. The book recounts her experiences being in Iraq during war and "dealing with boredom interspersed with dashes of violence and the promiscuous war-correspondent culture."

Robbie's role will be that of a blond on-air anchor who is both "competitive" and "willing to do anything" just to get a story. In the film, she befriends the 30 Rock lead, who will be playing the part of Barker.

Despite all the talk, the publication claims that Robbie's deal is not yet done, mainly due to schedule issues with The Suicide Squad, which she is also in talks to star in.

The aforementioned upcoming film Focus, which Robbie stars in alongside the iRobot lead (Smith) is set to be released this coming Feb. 27. Check out the trailer below.

With a number of films under her belt, the 24-year-old actress found her breakout role in the 2013 Martin Scorsese-directed film The Wolf of Wall Street, for which she starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
